Duck Pond, La Dolce Vita ( behind us), Medici Vineyard (Maysara), and David Hill
vineyards. Average Brix as 22-23, it was a challenging year weather wise

Wine making
The
wine experience a 2-3 day cold soak before initial fermentation.
It was then aged in neutral French and Oregon Oak barrels for 12
months. It is un-fined and un-filtered.
The wine
This wine has typical varietal
aromas and processing bouquets of spicy blueberry and ripe plum.
