The vineyard;

Most of the fruit came from Kramer Vineyards and Plum Hill Vineyards. The fruit at Plum Hill which was picked 9/29/2007.

Wine making

The wine is 100% Pinot Noir made from the Saignée, pulled prior to fermentation.

The wine went through Malolactic fermentation and was NOT aged in Oak Barrels. 50 cases were produced for sale in the tasting room.

The wine

The wine is very dry and crisp with a lower alcohol content.

Food

      It goes very nicely with Salmon, Sharp cheese, Spicy foods and Shell fish – especially crab cakes.
