The Vineyard: The Pinot Blanc and Riesling were harvested from the Gaston vineyard site. Being the two blocks that ripened the latest, they spent more time on the vines to mature. The soils are Kinton Series. The Muscat came from Purple Cow vineyards in Banks, hand harvested and very clean fruit, it grew in Delena soils. The muscat ripened earlier in the year and was brought in early Oct.

The Winemaking: All the grapes in this wine were hand harvested and pressed whole cluster. To get the fruitiest wine we could make. The Riesling and Pinot Blanc were co-fermented with the yeast X-16. The Muscat was fermented separately with 71-B then blended into the Pinot Blanc and Riesling mixture to create the wine in your glass.

The Wine: Summertime is the first thing that comes to mind when you try this wine. Soft notes of honeysuckle, orange blossoms, lychee, and sweet apples make this wine a real crowd please. You will not be disappointed that this wine tastes like it smells very soft and round with a blend of different tastes.
